Our courses are tailored to client’s needs with a structure that is flexible and designed to match clients’ available time and budget. ETAL produces its materials mainly from John Maxwell books and JMT, and on an as-needed basis can source reputable materials on the open market. We are also able to provide off- and on-site training. We conduct training, coaching and mastermind sessions to help your organisation achieve its desired results. We recognize that no two clients are the same and that we all have different goals. As such, there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution for our clients. We therefore spend time with our clients to establish their needs before we offer any solutions.
